Shipping
All items will be shipped via USPS.  We do our best to ship orders within 3 working days for regular orders and within 5 working days for personalization orders.  If you need your order faster please contact us before placing your order. 

Payment
We securely process our payment through paypal, although you do not have to have to have a paypal account to place an order. 

Return Policy
Engravables assures product quality.  Please make sure spelling, color and other options are correct.  Returns are not allowed on personalization orders. We inspect each item before shipping.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions before submitting an order.
Non-Personalized items can be returned in original packaging within 14 days for a store credit.

Privacy Policy
Your information is transferred safely via a secure server. Your privacy is important to us. Please be assured that all information provided will remain confidential and will not be shared with any other unnecessary parties. We collect only the information required to process your order. We do not use, sell or make available any client information to any other parties.

Out of Stock Items
If any of the items are not in stock, we will contact you immediately.  You may choose to wait for the out of stock item, substitute another product, or cancel your order. 

Order Cancelation and Changes
To cancel or make changes to your order please call (601) 833-9985.  We will make every effort to accomodate you, although we cannot guarantee we can cancel or make changes to your order once it has gone into production.

Orders placed within the state of Mississippi will be charged 7.0% sales tax
